Nashville Roller Derby (NRD) is thrilled to be hosting elite skater and international coach, Miss Tea Maven, for a one of a kind roller derby clinic on Sunday, April 23rd.

Miss Tea Maven is a world champion skater, and coach for the international sport of WFTDA roller derby. Maven started her skating career in 2012, with very little experience with skating. Through hard work and determination she has grown to a top level skater skating for the best teams in the world.

Junior and adult skater sessions are available with learning opportunities for skaters at all levels. Skaters must be active members of a WFTDA or juniors league with WFTDA/junior league insurance

CLINIC SCHEDULE

- Junior Session -

10 to 10:30am - Junior Skater Check-in

10:30am to 12pm - Junior session

- Adult Session -

11:30am to 12pm - Adult Skater Check-in (1pm to 1:30pm if only doing jammer clinic)

12pm to 1:30pm - Adult Blocker focused session

1:30pm to 3pm - Adult Jammer focused session

Following this clinic, NRD will be hosting a double header for Nashville Junior Roller Derby and Nashville Roller Derby. If you would like to take part in the invitational pick-up teams please indicate on the form above. Note: There will be limited space on the pick-up teams and not everyone will be able to skate with us in the evening.
