I’m Miss Tea Maven, a world-class roller derby coach, elite competitor, and strategist with more than a decade in the sport. Roller derby has been one of the greatest loves of my life. It has pushed me, humbled me, strengthened me, and given me a sense of purpose, identity, and community that is hard to put into words. Over the years, I’ve poured myself into learning every layer of the game, from technical skill and strategy to mindset, teamwork, and performance under pressure.

Now, coaching is one of the most meaningful ways I get to give back to the sport that has given me so much. I work with leagues, teams, coaches, and individual skaters to help them build stronger skills, smarter strategy, and deeper confidence. Whether I’m leading a clinic, breaking down gameplay, or working one-on-one with an athlete, I want my coaching to leave people not only better prepared, but more empowered in their understanding of themselves and the game.

My coaching is shaped by years of high-level competition, international experience, and a deep love for helping others grow. I believe great coaching should challenge people, support them, and help them see what they are truly capable of.
